There are several resources and ways to FIND a provider, but have you considered what to LOOK for after you have found one? Here is some information on how to select a QUALITY child care provider. We encourage you to call us at 1-800-371-2109, as we can provide you with a referral based on your specific needs, however, this page is a great place to start.

DPW provides a checklist on things you should look for when selecting child care.


Some providers may have a star designation next to their name. The star is an indication of the quality they provide, as qualified by the Department of Public Welfare. You can read more about the Keystone Stars program here.
